By renting a Cell on TheAiDemocracy, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before completing your transaction.
All URLs, images, and prompts provided must be suitable for a general audience. Explicit, hateful, offensive, or illegal content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to modify or remove URLs or prompts at our discretion, particularly if we determine the content to be offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful.
Providing illegal content, links to unlawful websites, or prompts suggesting illegal activities will result in immediate removal of your content. Additionally, your PayPal transaction ID and any associated details will be forwarded to the relevant authorities for investigation.
We do not retain your personal information beyond the initial payment transaction. Only your PayPal transaction ID is stored for tracking and reference purposes. We do not maintain user accounts, and prompts cannot be edited after submission.
All transactions are final. No refunds will be issued. Initiating a refund request through PayPal will immediately terminate your Cell rental, making it available for others to rent.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically review this page for any changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
TheAiDemocracy is not responsible for any loss, damage, or legal action arising from your use of the rented Cell or associated content. By participating, you assume full responsibility for your content and links.
We are not responsible if Google's Imagen 3 rejects a prompt and doesn't return an image. The AI image generation technology is provided by third parties, and we cannot guarantee that all prompts will successfully generate images.
